Interac Payment Instructions

How to Pay with Interac e-Transfer

Step 1: Place Your Order

Complete your order on our website and select Interac e-Transfer as your payment method at checkout.

Step 2: Send Your e-Transfer

Log in to your online banking and send an Interac e-Transfer to info@peptideinnovationlab.ca. You will receive our payment details via email after placing your order.

Step 3: Include Your Order Number

In the message field of your e-Transfer, include your order number so we can match your payment to your order.
Do not include a list of products you purchased in the message — otherwise the payment will be returned and the order will be cancelled.
Payments confirmed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are generally shipped the same business day. Payments confirmed after the cutoff, or payments awaiting verification, are processed within 1–2 business days. Carrier transit times are separate and begin after dispatch. Step 4: Order Confirmation

Following payment, you will receive a tracking number within 4 hours (24 hours outside business hours). Note: some mail services like Hotmail, Live, or Outlook may filter emails containing the word "peptide" as spam — please check your junk/spam folder or email us if you did not receive your tracking number.
