Order Processing Orders placed and payments confirmed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are generally shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or orders awaiting payment verification, are processed within 1–2 business days. Carrier transit times are separate and begin after dispatch

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Canada: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout via Canada Post based on weight and destination. Free shipping is applied automatically on orders of $249.00 CAD and over.

United States:

  • Standard International: $7.90–$29.90 CAD (weight-based)
  • Express International: $34.99 CAD
  • Free shipping on orders of $249.00 CAD and over

International: Rates are calculated at checkout via Canada Post based on weight and destination. Available to select countries.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 3–7 business days depending on province and carrier availability. Remote/rural areas may experience longer delivery.
  • United States: 3–5 business days (Standard), 1–2 business days (Express)
  • International: varies by destination

Shipping Origin All orders ship from Quebec, Canada.

Tracking A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships. Peptide Innovation Lab is not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or force majeure events.

Address Accuracy Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address.

Research Use Only — Shipping Compliance All products are shipped as Research Use Only (RUO) materials in tamper-evident, RUO-labeled packaging, in compliance with Canadian postal and courier regulations for research chemicals. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable import laws, regulations, or restrictions in their jurisdiction.

Lost or Damaged Shipments Contact support within 7 days of expected delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
